Refund Policy

At Kaavya Gruh Udhyog, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.


Circumstances As we deal with food products, we generally do not consider returns and refunds. However, in case of following conditions / situations, we may consider full or part returns / refunds of the order:

  • In case product delivered is wrong
  • In case shelf life of product expires by the time you receive the product
  • In case product delivered is spoiled. However as food items are mostly fragile in nature, the breaking of food items is not considered spoiling.
  • In case product quantity is different from quantity ordered

We do not consider the returns and refunds in any other circumstances.

Request In above mentioned circumstances, you can request us within 3 hours of receipt of the order. After 3 hours of delivery, we will not accept the return requests.

Return is possible for a particular product in the order, and not necessarily for the whole order.


  • Log in to your account
  • Check order number you want to return and send us an email from your registered email ID on with order number and appropriate reason for cancellation.

Requirements to process You have to

  • Share relevant photographic evidences appropriate to the reason for replacement
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition
  • Include invoice, price tags, original packing, and whatever is included in the packaging of the same product when returning the product
  • Share details to within 3 hours of delivery.
